Care instructions:
We recommend washing your cast iron pan by hand with a dime-size amount of soap. It is important to promptly dry with a soft cloth or paper towel. Rub a very light layer of oil onto the surface of the pan, and wipe with a paper towel until no residue remains. This is not dishwasher safe. To prevent rust, we recommend drying promptly after each use, and coating the pan with a light layer of cooking oil.
