Shipping Policy

Arjuna LLC ("Arjuna," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering your handmade pieces with care. By placing an order at arjunadesignstudio.com (the "Website"), you agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy, which should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Because all Arjuna pieces are handmade, certain items may require additional production or sourcing time, which will be noted on the applicable product page or in your order confirmation. Processing time is in addition to transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations. Consistent with our standard practice, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to or cancellations of your order if requested within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of purchase. Requests must be sent to info@arjunadesignstudio.com with your order number and the details of the requested change. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and selected service. We ship via reputable carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to select the carrier and service that we determine, in our sole discretion, is most appropriate for your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times. Any delivery dates or windows displayed at checkout, in shipping confirmations, or on the Website are estimates only, provided by the carrier, and are not guaranteed. Arjuna shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or delivery, and no refund or credit will be issued for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, public health events, labor disputes, supplier delays, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Arjuna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refusal, failure to claim, or non-payment of duties, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Risk of Loss. Title to products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, Arjuna is not responsible for loss, theft (including theft from a delivery location), misdelivery, or damage in transit. Claims for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages must be filed directly with the carrier, though we will provide reasonable assistance with documentation upon request.

7. Tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to populate with the carrier.

8. Damaged Shipments. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials, photograph the package and its contents before and during unpacking where possible, and contact us at info@arjunadesignstudio.comwithin seven (7) calendar days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. Claims submitted after this window or without adequate documentation cannot be honored. All resolutions are at Arjuna's sole discretion.

9. International Shipping. Arjuna offers international shipping to eligible destinations as displayed at checkout. Available destinations, rates, and carrier services may change from time to time without notice, and Arjuna reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any international order.

As prominently disclosed on our Website, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A CUSTOMS DUTY FEE DUE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Consistent with our Terms and Conditions, Arjuna does not bear any responsibility (financial or otherwise) with respect to the payment of all or any portion of customs, duties, fees and/or levies imposed by third parties, including but not limited to governmental entities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, are not included in the order total or shipping charges, and are not refundable by Arjuna under any circumstance. Refusal to pay such charges, refusal of delivery, or abandonment of the package abroad will not entitle the customer to a refund, and any costs of return or disposal will be the customer's responsibility.

International customers are also responsible for ensuring that the items ordered may lawfully be imported into the destination country. Arjuna makes no representation that any product is appropriate or available for use or import in any particular jurisdiction.

10. Final Sale; Returns. As stated on our Website, DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions for the limited circumstances in which Arjuna may, in its sole discretion, address damaged or defective items.

11. Pre-Orders and Backorders. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders and backordered items are approximations only and may change without notice. As provided in our Terms and Conditions, if a pre-ordered item does not arrive to us from our supplier or there is insufficient stock to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund your payment in full.

12. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Restricted Addresses. Delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, and certain restricted regions may be limited or unavailable depending on the carrier and the item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to such addresses.

13. Free Shipping and Promotions. Free shipping offers, when made available, apply only to standard domestic shipping within the contiguous United States unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional codes are not valid on clearance items and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

14. Governing Law. All matters arising out of or relating to this Shipping Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.

15. Modifications. Arjuna reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notice. The version posted to the Website at the time your order is placed governs that order.
